In every big city there is a part if town you dont go into - where the only law is the law of the jungle. And it is here, one hot summer night , that the Mayor is brutally murdered. The spotlight swings on to the ghetto. Six misfits, our Rats & Rabbits - Rocco (Nigel Bennet), Olga (Veronique Le Flaguais), Petru (Paul Ahmarani), Ralph (Tom Barnett), Rita (Carole Laure) and Jim (Andrew Tarbet), are caught in the glare, forced to perform a despairing and dangerous balancing act; each needs the other, but the rules of the game are clear: Every man for himself.
